Each creation is thoughtfully designed to deliver the perfect bite — balanced, memorable, and well, a little bit interesting.

Food is art, and its power to bring people together is something truly special. We feel incredibly grateful to do what we love and to share our creations with you.

Now under a new name - R U Y A, meaning "vision" or "dream" in Turkish/Arabic, is exactly that - taking this dream and running with it, wholeheartedly.

While I’ve always had a love for sweet things, RUYA Microbakery is about more than desserts. It’s about elevating homestyle baking through thoughtful details, seasonal inspiration, and flavour combinations that impress without losing their comfort.
